Lake Michigan has a variety of fish. Some of the fish that can be found are lake whitefish, lake trout, yellow perch, panfish, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, bowfin, and some various species of catfish. The lake is annually stocked with steelhead, brown trout, coho salmon, and chinook salmon.
